HenriPay Holding N.V. is established as a real estate and construction holding, operating on a self-funded, debt-free model. The company is incorporated in the Netherlands.
2022
Acquisition of HenriPay. HenriPay Holding enters the fintech space by acquiring HenriPay, a promising financial technology platform focused on personal finance and digital payments.
2024
